      產品說明 Description

      由環氧樹脂、鱗片狀云母氧化鐵、防銹添加劑、固化劑等組成,分甲、乙雙組份包裝。該涂料有較高的顏料體積濃度的鱗片狀顏料,成膜后顏料能平行定向重疊排列,類似“魚鱗片”的結構,因此具有較高的封閉性、耐熱、防蝕性良好,并具有廣泛的配套性。

      It is made up of epoxy resin, scaly micaceous iron oxide, anti-rust additives, curing agent etc.. The product is a two-component packaging. It has scaly pigment with high volume concentration, which can generate parallel directional overlapping sequences after filming as scale structure. So this product has good sealing, heat resistance and corrosion protection, and it can widely match with other coats.

       

      設計用途 Use

      可作防蝕漆,也可作富鋅底漆的加涂層,增加封閉性和防蝕性能,適用于船舶、集裝箱、橋梁、煤氣柜、港口機械、各種鋼結構、混凝土等。

      表面處理 Surface Treatment

      在涂有車間底漆表面需經二次除銹,要求達到瑞典除銹標準St3級;

      Surface with shop primer should be processed by secondary rust removing to achieve St 3 of Sweden Rust Removal Standards.

      涂裝有富鋅底漆的表面,如已在大氣中長期暴露后,應除去白銹、油脂和一切污物,粉化的漆面要打磨,并將灰塵除去。

      If the surface with zinc-rich primer has been exposed to weather for long time, white rust, grease and all dirt must be removed. Powdering coatings should be polished and the dust should be cleared away.

       

      施工條件 Application Conditions

      底材溫度須高于露點以上3℃,相對濕度須小于85%;施工底材溫度低于5℃時,環境與固化劑停止反應,不能進行施工。

      The temperature of substrate materials should be 3℃ above the dew point, and relative humidity should be less than 85%.

      The reaction of epoxy and curing agent will stop when the temperature of substrate materials is less than 5℃, so the application is not suggested to be carrying on.

      前道配套涂料 環氧富鋅車間底漆、環氧鋅粉車間底漆、環氧鐵紅車間底漆、無機硅酸性車間底漆、乙烯磷化底漆、環氧富鋅底漆、無機富鋅底漆等。

      Preceding Coats: Epoxy Zinc-rich Shop Primer, Epoxy Zinc Powder Shop Primer, Iron-red Epoxy Shop Primer, Inorganic Zinc Silicate Shop Primer, Vinyl Phosphating Primer, Epoxy Zinc-rich Primer, Inorganic Zinc-rich Primer, etc..

      后道配套涂料 環氧厚漿型面漆,氯化橡膠面漆、氯化橡膠厚漿型面漆、聚氨酯面漆、丙烯酸面漆、環氧瀝青厚漿型涂料。

      Subsequent Coats: Epoxy High Build Finishing Paint, Chlorinated Rubber Finishing Paint, Chlorinated Rubber High Build Finishing Paint, Polyurethane Finishing Paint, Acrylic Finishing Paint, Epoxy Bituminous High Build Paint.

       

      包裝規格 Packing Specification

      甲組份20升容器裝24公斤,乙組份5升容器裝4公斤 。

      Component I: 20L Container, 24kg; Component II: 5L Container, 4kg

       

      備注 Note

      乙組份用剩后應密封保存,以防失效。

      After using, the left Component II should be tightly sealed to prevent efficacy lost.

       

      注意事項 Attentions

      超過最大涂裝間隔,應將前道漆表面打磨粗糙后再涂裝,以確保漆膜間的附著力。

      If the max. recoating interval is overtime, the surface of preceding coating should be roughed first to guarantee the adhesive force between the films.

       

      安全 Safety

      避免長期吸入溶劑蒸汽或漆霧,皮膚、眼睛不得接觸本品,在狹窄或空氣不流通處施工,必須提供強力通風,施工時應配防護用具。

      To avoid the long-term inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mists. To avoid contacts with skin and eyes. Forced ventilation must be provided when applying paints in confined space or stagnant air. Protective appliance is required during application.
